New Website for Affordable Housing Public Charity
“Our Coastal Village, Inc. (OCV) is a 501(c)(3) public charity for the relief of the poor, distressed, and underprivileged in the Yachats area primarily through the creation of affordable housing opportunities.”
Our Coastal Village required a website to showcase their affordable housing projects, how these townhomes and apartments – both sales and rentals – continue to provide much-needed housing options for locals in a small coastal town that relies primarily on tourism. The project involved some simple video editing, a typical suite of “best practice” plugins and external support for automated backups and email bulletins, forms for housing requests, and presentation of the significant value added to the community for potential donors and grantors.
